2 Chaat Chutney Recipes | Mint Chutney & Sweet Chutney | Green Chutney & Dates Tamarind Chutney
Mint Chutney:
1- inch ginger
5 green chillies
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp amchoor powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 bunch coriander
1 1/2 cup mint leaves
1 tsp brown sugar
Water As required
Method:
In a blender add the above ingredients and blend smooth.
Sweet Chutney:
½ cup seedless dates | khajoor
3 tbsp tamarind | imli
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 - inch ginger
1 tbsp jaggery
1/4 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
1 /2 cup water ( more if required)
Method:
In a blender add the above ingredients and blend smooth.
Boil and simmer the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then allow the mixture to cool completely and store that ina airtight container.
Use the prepared mint chutney and sweet chutney for chaats.
